AAJ's Leadership Academy provides training to all highly qualified members, including those who are underrepresented within the association, to help make them more effective leaders in AAJ, in their law firms, and their communities. Eighty percent of Leadership Academy graduates have served in leadership roles within AAJ or their state trial lawyer associations.
